Production control

As practice shows, if you place an order according to your individual requirements and this is not a completely standard product for the manufacturer (especially for the first orders or if your product is handmade), then the manufacturer is not always able to produce your product without defects. Inspection during production allows you to identify initial signs of defects and avoid widespread defects when the batch is already 100% produced. This is a check of goods at the stage of readiness from 20-70% of the total batch of ordered goods. Our inspector visits the factory and makes a detailed report on the condition of the product during production, namely, checks the material, color, size, functionality and packaging based on agreements with the factory and approved specifications. It also provides an estimate of the actual production time based on the production workload and in accordance with the manufacturer’s production plan. At this stage, as a rule, it is already clear what the main batch of goods will look like, its packaging and what the rate of possible defects is.
If defects are found in the product, this will give you the opportunity to request adjustments without damage to the manufacturer, without affecting the final production time, or receive an additional discount from the manufacturer. At this stage, resolving issues with your supplier is easier than when the batch is 100% ready .
