Inspection of the quality of the finished batch of goods is one of the final and indicative stages before completing the transaction, since it is after this stage that, as a rule, full payment for the entire batch occurs. And it is at this stage that we recommend paying special attention and approaching it as prepared as possible, because Each client, when paying for the goods he ordered, hopes to receive a high-quality product that fully meets all requirements.
The inspection process is as follows:
The client sends our specialists in advance the requirements for the product and the so-called technical specifications, which indicate the points to which they would like to pay special attention. Next, the inspector goes to the factory and checks the order for compliance with the packaging data, takes measurements of the dimensions and weights of general and individual packaging, checks the quality of the product, conducts tests for the correct functioning of the product, and checks all parameters for compliance with the technical specifications.
Unlike other companies, we have two types of reports:
1.(express report) online report via Chinese messenger Wechat. An express report is sent to you immediately after the inspection is completed while the inspector is at the factory, photos and videos are attached with the presence of identified deficiencies.
2. (Extended report) after completing the inspection, the inspector draws up a detailed report in which you receive photo and video materials from the inspection process, as well as detailed statistics of the detected defects.
